Higher education becomes one of the most important activities of children as they grow and take up a decent job with high salary. All the children who complete their schooling in the villages do not go for higher education. Some of them stop their education due to the family problems like, death of the parents, debts and poverty. RDT has identified these Students who could not continue their higher education and got the details of the hurdles, which prevented their progress. Staff members of RDT have identified these students from the age of 17 years to 22 years and collected their family issues to find out viable solutions. After identifying their issues, it was decided to support the students in paying their academic fees. This started as a program in the year 2021. Most of the children do not have parents and single parent.

RDT calls these students and motivates them to continue their education. RDT provides them academic fees and educational materials. The progress of the students is recorded monthly. Students who benefitted out of this program feel happy that they are able to continue their higher education only because elf the support rendered by RDT. It is also promised that they will be supported till they complete the graduation.

Students who were supported feel happy that they are enabled through this support. They are also motivated to perform better in their academic colleges. RDT also has promised that Students who complete their education will be facilitated to take up good jobs later.
